Pros<\/em>.<\/em><\/h6>\n

Removable so the roof rack can be used, or the overall height lowered.
\n<\/em>Useful storage for light, bulky items.
\nA large amount of storage space.
\nFrees up internal storage space.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cons.<\/em><\/h6>\n

Not waterproof. (Need dry bags<\/a> for clothing, etc).<\/span>
\n<\/em>Poor security.
\n<\/em>Easy to overload.
\n<\/em>Quick access is difficult. (needs a ladder).<\/span>
\n<\/em>Increases fuel consumption <\/em> \ud83d\ude42<\/span>
\n<\/em>Difficult to mount solar panels on current boxes. (boxes may be changed, for flat top ones).<\/span><\/p>\n

Our conclusions.<\/h6>\n

The additional storage space and ability to be removed outweigh the disadvantages.<\/p>\n
