Our reasoning and expectations behind this.
\n<\/strong>Bought originally with the swingout arms it is doubtful it will be used anymore. The masking tape in the photos below is part of the fabrication work on the modified wheel carrier mounts <\/a><\/span>to reverse the way the wheels hang, giving access to the wheel hub cavity. The new wheel carers will also hold the wheels slightly higher to improve rear light visibility.<\/p>\n
