Our expectations and reasoning behind this.
<\/strong>Whilst the towing point is suitable for road use, it appeared a bit flimsy to us for off-road use. So we have uprated them a bit and fitted a second one on the other side.
We also intend to fit similar attachment points on the back, <\/strong>possibly the most likely recovery direction we will need.<\/em><\/p>\n

Items in <\/strong>\u201cgrey\u201d<\/span> are still to do.
<\/strong>Items in <\/strong>\u201cmauve\u201d<\/span> need to be fixed, replaced, upgraded, or we need more.
<\/strong>Items in <\/strong>\u201cbrown\u201d<\/span> are under construction or on order.

Stronger than the originals.
Two fixing points instead of one, <\/em>(a second original could have been fitted).
<\/em><\/span>It can still be used without <\/em>Jate-rings.
<\/em>Possible <\/em>rigid towing bar attachment point.
<\/em>Possible A-frame towing bar attachment points.
<\/span><\/em>The modified front bash plate<\/a> will increase storage space. (Work still in progress<\/a>).<\/span><\/em><\/h6>\n
Cons.<\/span>
Heavier <\/em>than the originals.
<\/em>Harder to tie into if Jate-rings are not fitted. (Leave Jate-rings fitted when off-road).<\/span>
