Our reasoning & expectation behind this.<\/strong>
\nIt was always our intention to use the space behind the front bash plate for storage possible for the planned flat-pack fire-pit MK2<\/span><\/a>, and or other heavy items, keeping the weight as low as possible.
\nSo as the bash plate needed to be altered to allow for the upgraded winching points<\/span><\/a><\/span>, we decided to include the modifications to make it into a storage compartment at the same time.<\/p>\n

\nMore storage space.
\nLower centre of gravity for heaver stored items.
\nDirty items are stored outside of the van. (fire-pit)<\/span><\/strong>

\n<\/em>Not stock, so harder to replace.
\n<\/em>Slightly heavier.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n
