Snow shovels. (also part of recovery tools).
Ice axes. (also used as snow shovel handles).
Snow shovel handles. (need handles if ice axes are not carried, see recovery tools).
Dead-man snow anchor.
Lightweight hiking tent. (see tents).
Emergency Storm Shelter. (Bothy Bag, see tents).
Flares. (in extreme conditions).
